Nature Walk
Walk-and-talk therapy takes our sessions outdoors, combining the benefits of counselling with the calming and restorative qualities of nature. Moving side-by-side in natural surroundings can create a relaxed atmosphere, helping thoughts and feelings flow more freely. This option may suit those who feel more at ease outside traditional office settings.
